Monsieur,
We want to tell you how pleased and happy we are with Renato and Jessie’s work. They worked like crazy on the sale of my condo on Rachel Street in Montreal, as well as on the purchase of the house in Châteauguay, and believe me, there were tons of obstacles in the sale and purchase of our house. They knew how to deal with everything, they were incredible listeners and I’m not even talking about their availability. There were times when I had to remind my husband and myself that we weren’t their only customers!
Renato and Jessie never let us see their stress, the pressure from sellers and buyers alike.
Renato is a very available and resourceful person, always there when you need him. He was so patient, always straightforward with us and very professional in many complicated and difficult circumstances.
We also worked with Jessie as I wrote above, since Renato was away on vacation. My goodness! What a dynamic young woman, very professional (and very nice too!), super patient, resourceful, helpful. She still managed to sort out our very complicated case. Which was no mean feat.
To conclude, I’d like to say that the Mackay Group has a very good formula, and in my eyes, the formula of the future. Congratulations to all the people who work with you, whether it’s inspiration in home staging, Sophie Gélinas (mortgage broker) who has also worked miracles, etc.
Just a little anecdote;
When we finished emptying the condo in Montreal on the day of the signing at the notary’s office for the sale of the condo, we were running like crazy, my husband and I were late, and Jessie came to help us in a beautiful dress and high heels. I swear, the boxes were flying by!
Thanks to all of you, but especially to Renato Dall’Ava, Jessie Mackay. I’d give you another sale with my eyes closed.
