We briefly met at the beginning of the year while processing a real estate transaction under the care of Renato. As you may be aware, we entrusted Renato the care of 3 real estate transactions with your group. Now that these transactions are almost concluded we would like to express our sincere appreciation for his outstanding services, unfailing dedication and his high business acumen that helped get through some difficult negotiations. Throughout the course of the deals Renato, was always cool, calm and collected. He not only provided undivided support but also was a source of trust for advice, someone we could turn to as a sounding board to focus on the end game. In the space of 5 months Renato always exhibited the highest standards of professionalism that could be expected of an agent.
