The promise to lease is conditional upon verification of
the credit report, as well as the sub-tenant's consent to
verify payment history and references, if required (at the

a fundamental breach of the lease.
The sub-tenant shall be responsible for any fines or
penalties resulting from non-compliance with

The rent shall be $2,000 per month until June 30,
2026.During this period, the sub-lessor shall
pay an additional $300 per month directly to the
owner.Effective July 1, 2026, the monthly rent
shall be $2,300 per month.
